ANYONE who has ever crossed a busy highway in a metropolis with out well-regulated site visitors – say, Mumbai, India – will perceive the plight of a deer making an attempt to cross a rural freeway within the US. Evolution hasn’t ready deer for encounters with vehicles or vehicles.
