A BLOKE put up a warning sign to put off any potential neighbours as he didn’t want anyone ruining his perfect home.
Titus Terranova erected the 12ft sign on the side of his caravan which outlined his wildly anti-social lifestyle.
The property in rural Colorado was a dream home to most due to its location and luxury looks but the neighbour from hell ensured potential buyers were put off from the get-go.
He painted a bright red sign which read: “WARNING / 3 Rottweilers / Loud Parties / Loud Music / Loud Cars / Anti-Horse / Fireworks / Call for more info”.
But with the warning clearly visible from neighbours windows and the street, Renee LaLonde, the realtor attempting to sell the property next door, was left at her wit’s end.
In a 2011 clip that has resurfaced on TikTok, she said: “It is horse property in the country, desirable area. We’ve had a lot of activity. It should move”.
LaLonde told AOL Real Estate: “The house is never going to sell with this sign. What do you say to that?”
She also revealed that potential buyers had turned down the property on multiple occasions due to the sign.
In the clip, shared by @neighbourhooddisputes on TikTok, Titus claimed he was exercising his rights to free speech and letting others know what they would be getting themselves into if they purchased the property.
He said: “I think I’ve covered the bases. I’m kind of warning people what’s at this house. Let’s make sure were all gonna live around each other and be happy.
“I feel like if I make it pretty clear what’s over here. If you don’t like that don’t buy this house. Move onto the next one”.
But LaLonde retaliated to his stance and asked: “Why does he get to pick and choose who gets to live in a property that he does not own?”
Bizarrely Titus claimed he was helping the realtors as: “This story right here may find a buyer for that house, because there are guys like me all over the place out here. I’m not the only one.”
It was reported that the seller was willing to sell the house to the outspoken neighbour but Titus claimed the asking price was too high at the time.
According to the Daily Mail, Colorado lawyers said the sellers may have been able to seek an injunction to force Titus to take down the sign and forbid him for erecting a new one.
The resurfaced clip racked up a mega 154.5k likes and over 19.9k comments from viewers who were left in hysterics at Titus’ antics.
One wrote: “Wish I could afford to be his neighbor! Mad respect”
Another said: “Where’s this house I wanna buy it!!! I already love this guy!!”
A third commented: “That actually made sense at the end, he’s just looking for someone he can live harmoniously with”.
One more added: “I’d buy it. He seems like a fun and upfront neighbor”.
A fifth chimed in: “I wish everyone would do this. lol Then you know what you’re getting!”
This comes after a neighbour put up a handwritten sign moaning about their messy garden after becoming fed up with cats defecating in their garden.
And a pensioner put up signs to protest against a neighbour’s extension and was left furious when they were torn down.
