South Africa lock Lood de Jager said the Springboks had to “make it personal” to fire up for their 27-9 second Test victory over the British & Irish Lions.
De Jager, who plays for Sale Sharks, also said there was little chance of emotion getting to the Boks after the win as they “held each other accountable” and would be pushing for the series win in Saturday’s decider in Cape Town.
