Zac Efron has made his first red carpet appearance in over three years, stepping out at the premiere of his new film The Greatest Beer Run Ever.
The 34-year-old has kept a low profile over the years, which has been better understood by fans after he went public about his struggle with agoraphobia.
Efron walked the red carpet alone, but posed for photos with the film’s director, Peter Farrelly, and its producers at Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto, Canada, looking sharp in a grey suit.

His co-stars Russell Crowe, Bill Murray and Jake Picking weren’t seen on the red carpet.
This is reportedly Efron’s first red carpet since he appeared on one for his role as serial killer Ted Bundy in Netflix’s Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile premiere in London in April, 2019.
The appearance follows Efron’s press appearance at the Festival, where he also promoted the film alone.
Variety released a video of their interview with Efron, where he talks about playing his character “Chickie”.
Unfortunately, most fans were preoccupied with what Efron looked like in the clip, rather than what he had to say – speculating on whether he had cosmetic surgery

Last week, Efron addressed the rumours.
In the interview, the High School Musical actor claimed a freak accident at home had caused him to “shatter” his jaw.
As a result of the injury, Efron said his masseter muscles – which lie just behind the cheeks – grew unusually large.
“The masseters just grew. They just got really, really big,” Efron said.
